    GENERAL DESCRIPTION: NEW-DIMS, is a nutritional whey based milk alternative. It is low in cholesterol, calories, fats, and sodium. It has a low lactose content, high content of both simple and complex carbohydrates. In its powdered form the product is shelf stable for twelve months (sealed), and when reconstituted with water and refrigerated it will last 10 days. The product yield is greater than powdered milk, therefore much more cost effective. The product has a great flavor and can be reconstituted to make a milk substitute for whole milk, 2% milk, or concentrated milk, by adjusting the water to mix ratio. The nutritional value is equal and or greater than milk. The product costs less than powdered milk and other forms of milk substitutes. This product is developed for consumption and production in Developing Countries. 

    NEW-DIMS is:
     

    1. Equal to 10% of U.S. RDA requirement per 8 oz serving
    2. Has the flavor and texture of milk and may be utilized as a powder or as a reconstituted liquid.
    3. When reconstituted it has the appearance of milk
    4. Can be produced in two flavors natural milk and chocolate milk (note details herein are relative to the 2% natural milk flavor formula)
    5. Product purity as measured by the standard plate count approximately 20 times cleaner then powdered milk
    6. Formulated to make a milk like substitute of whole milk, 2% milk and concentrated milk from the same powdered substance by adjusting the water to mix ratio
    7. The product is an instant powdered mix
    8. The product is packaged in consumer pouch packages that yield:
